Beautiful new development. The agent (Marnich) managing the Appartment is amazing.

Terrible, no parking for residents or guests I don’t know how council approved this building. Finishes look good in pictures but it’s cheap wood. Nothing works in the gym.

Do not live there!!! Marnich (the manager) Dion (the principal) are useless. If you have problems don't expect them to get fixed. Lived there for a year and no issues were fixed after numerous complaints. Facilities are very poorly managed, gym and grounds are extremely filthy. When moving out Marnich and Dion tried to scam us out of our deposit and had to get lawyers involved. Only when threatened and getting the law involved did anything happen. Worst experience living at Menlo Manor!

Menlo Manor Complex in Menlo Park, Pretoria, unfortunately, falls short of expectations for many residents and visitors. While it boasts a prime location near key amenities like Brooklyn Mall and the University of Pretoria, the overall experience is marred by several shortcomings. One of which is the noise levels that can be disruptive and unbearable, especially for those seeking a peaceful environment. The proximity to Lynnwood road and occasional disturbances from neighboring units make it less than ideal for individuals who value tranquility. While Menlo Manor Complex has potential, these recurring issues overshadow its advantages. Improvements in maintenance, security, and noise management could significantly enhance the living experience, but until then, it remains a mixed bag.
