A lot of the previous reviews seem to think that this is a ‘Retirement Village’ - it is not! The only limitation is that you have to be >50 to live here. And, children are welcome anytime as visitors.

An upmarket housing village catering for persons older than age 55. Although not a officialy a retirement village it is percieved as one. There are 179 cottage units located among beautiful gardens and within a securely guarded walled compound. All are single floor houses each with single or double parking garages arranged around a magnificent central club house. This comprises administration offices, dining rooms, kitchen, lounge, luxurious bedrooms, other large rooms used for various social activities, a large swimming pool and tennis court. There is a library and a small gymnasium.
