They hardly ever came to clean, even though you pay for cleaning every two weeks. I tried to contact them multiple times, but then I just get ignored.

If I could give negative stars, I would. If you're looking for asthma, mold, and a room that feels like a health hazard, this is the perfect place for you. And if you enjoy being completely ignored and left on read when you have an issue, you'll absolutely love staying here. Avoid at all costs.

We rented the room for our Son at UCT, It was fantastic, he loved it close access to UCT, the beach and the gym. Room was clean and he enjoyed staying here.
