Peaceful and safe location. I like the complex.

I visited this place as I wanted to rent a unit. The complex looks well maintained, but I have heard from a resident that there were a few incidents of break-ins. The surrounding area is VERY busy and doesn't give me a sense of security and peace of mind - something to consider.
