We were looking for a house and this was the place that made us stop looking. We loved what we saw. It's closet to Makro and The Grove. The 3 bedroom house looks super fantastic and spacious.

Federal Group has taken over, the security has improved, facial recognition for residents, and stringent access control measures for visitors.

I've been living here for 2 years now. Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake!!!! We've had multiple break ins and even a car stolen once. Still no improvement to security measures. The build quality is very questionable. The development is pretty empty except ofcouse for people that bought their units and can't just up and leave. The issues listed above and multiple others are the reason why people are constantly moving out

This is the worst decision anyone can make … beautiful complex but the management and security on that complex is nothing to write home about… several break -ins , You could be sleeping and wake to pee and just see a person running with a tv , making their way to jump over the fence.. This place was a nightmare and nothing has been done.

This is a very beautiful and cosy place. It is nice, modern and quiet. The only downside is that the bathrooms are upstairs. So your visitors will have to use the bathrooms in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it is a thumbs up from me.
