Just a safe place and beautiful

Very scenic, tranquil and refreshing!!

Not very quiet, especially having being woken up every Tuesday morning by the loudest leaf blowers ever. It's as if the leaf blowers are being operated right in my room! Not sure if they've been using faulty equipment or if the ones that management provides them with are just unusually (and unnecessarily) loud. I've gotten into the habit of sleeping with silicone earplugs and even those don't really help. There's also an issue with people parking in other people's spots that aren't dedicated to them, or alternatively parking in spaces that aren't even parking spots - causing obstruction to other residents who are just trying to go about their day. The poles that they installed in each spot to counter this issue are unhelpful, useless, and on top of all an eyesore. 😬 On a positive note, they've been decent with general maintenance. It would have been nice if the plant pots on the railings on the interior side of the building could be finished as well. However it's been a few months since they started this project, and we don't have our plants there yet. The building is also quite old and the stairs on the back side of the building are uneven and a bit of a tripping hazard. The location of Molenvliet is very convenient, but the overall state of the building is far from perfect. There definitely is room for improvement!
