Beautiful complex with a holiday feel. Neat and well managed. Close to Cambridge Crossing shopping complex with restaurants and Woolworths food..yes,get your 'power'water from Woolworths next door. Two minutes from N1 freeway.

I've lived here 4.5 months and have no issues. It's a beautiful and quiet complex. Large swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, braai facilities.

Monchique is a great complex comprising of 106 units which in turn consists of ground floor homes, 2nd storey homes and 3rd storey loft units. Security is good with 2 day and 2 night shift guards, access control and electric fencing. There is a laundry; tennis court with lapa; swimming pool with braai areas; clubhouse and kids play area. There is ample visitors parking and every unit has a carport. Its a well managed complex close to most amenities (100 m from Cambridge Crossing shopping crntre) and the N1 Western bypass on and off-ramps are less than 1 km away allowing for easy highway access and limited gridlock. Living here could be a lot worse than other places where you need to travel for basic shopping and get caught up for hours before you reach a highway. Builders; Checkers; Pick n Pay; Dischem; many types of restaurant and pubs and car washes are 2 km away.

Securities there love and respect their jobs *claps*, the complex is too clean, very friendly neighbours and the landscaping is also child friendly! We visited my grandmother with my 2 year old I didn't have to worry about her running in and out of the house. Beautiful place to reside in! I would recommend it to anyone
