Looks like a good complex to move live in

Beautiful place indeed top class

This complex is very inconvenient. The security is completely unprofessional and chased away many of my deliveries. I was very underwhelmed by the response by the owner towards this matter. I would not recommend it for a young person at all. The estate is beautiful but the experience was made uncomfortable by the security.

The complex is nice, just have a problem with the managing agent.

Apartment complex located in a quiet residential area. There are CCTV cameras on the streets as well as at the entrance. There are security guards manning the complex 24 hours. The complex has a communal pool, tennis court, braai area and clubhouse. The clubhouse looks like it hasn't been used for a while. The apartment blocks only have two storeys with some of the apartments on the 1st floor being loft apartments. The apartments on the ground floor all have beautiful gardens which are maintained by the body corporate. There are lots of banana trees and other plants in each garden. The apartments are a little bit old fashioned, with wooden windowsills. Most of them are open planned with plenty of living space. They are also very well maintained.
