Nicely positioned units, solar is an option but it is on the roof of the double story houses. Good security and communal pool.

This is one of the worst experience I’ve had about real estate. After Sales is the poorest I’ve ever seen, dishonesty and over charging rates and bills . No privacy , you find people getting naked at the back of your unit , shouting and making different kinds of movement . Power outage and Water Outage including heavy bills(not loadshedding) .Materials looks nice but after 6 months you need to repair every now and then . This is a worst investment to think of . I would advise anyone interested not to go for the look as it’s deceiving . Many thanks Samuel

The estate is very amazing, morden, very safe and secure. It is located at convenient location. I really enjoyed the recreational area with a very big pool very good place to hangout with guests around the pool.

Biggest regret was purchasing a property here. At face value the property looked stunning but it has been a nightmare. poor and cheap quality structure. poor workmanship on the construction and even worse after sales experience. We have parted with a lot of money repairing the developer’s below standard work. Absolutely the worst developer I have come across.
