Visited friend of mine a few times. Very spacious, lots of parking. Secure. Young working people, few families. Neighbour is annoying at night - needs personal confrontation to get him to be considerate (hazards of staying in a complex).

Montbard is one of the early gems of modern secure estate living in the area. The complex is well managed and maintained to high standards. I spent time here during recent renovations to our apartment and found the environment peaceful and well kept. Apartments receive excellent natural light throughout the day, which makes the living spaces very comfortable. The complex is set away from busy roads, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere. Beautiful elevated views can be enjoyed from the upper floors. Security and estate management contribute to a safe and pleasant residential environment. Overall, Montbard offers a tranquil living space with good management and strong long-term residential potential.
