Bad experience. Water outages lasting an entire day. A 48-hour power outage. No children's play area. The residence was too strict and not welcoming enough.

The worst estate manager-Deon EASYLIVING who just finds all the issues with the property owner. AND he does not do any good to assist with the owner’s request which was delayed for about TWO YEARS! And he ignores all messages from the owner. Do not buy nor rent properties from this estate, you will inconvenient yourself.

Probably the worst accommodation in jhb unit 85 owner had given us 10 diffrent wifi passwords with non of them working, after that the codes give was not working to enter the apartment rented we had to stand outside the the complex untill 3 am in the morning YES 3 AM!!! and this coming from a day of work, the security refused to let us in all this just because there equipment was not working at all, they couldn't give us any contact numbers
