I love this place it's home,quite,place for for kids and has a pool.Rooms are very big and it's just next to the Northgate mall

Maybe it was good past 7 years ago.To my experience always power outage, water crisis Security guards not good at all.

This place is not like what it was before. The body Corporate is not available on weekends. Therefore you can't report anything. In one week we had no water and electricity yet we are billed monthy for the services. When there is a power outage in the area and when power has been restored. This place will remain without power. To add security guards open for anybody compromising the safety of the complex. They will not let visitors call in so that they can be opened for.
