Very chilled place. Kids friendly too. A friend of mine stays here and has their own backyard. Swimming pool and is so clean. Ideal for young professionals who are starting families

Beautiful, quiet and well kept complex. The gardens are stunning and the units are super spacious. You don't often find anything quite like it in surrounding complexes. It's definitely a gem.

Worst place ever, there are always power outages and City Power takes forever to respond , I mean days. At that time you’re paying a bill of over R2500 per month for electricity. When holidays approach you’re guaranteed of power outages, when it rains you won’t be spared either. The road outside the Estate is Montrose Avenue, it is riddled with potholes, you have to have good dodging skills or drive like you’re drunk. Stay away if you can except if you can afford to throw away your meat every now and then and if you afford to live on takeaways for more than 3 consecutive days.
