These Diepkloof houses are 10-20% overpriced for that area! So many unsold houses there. If you get fooled to pay more than 2.3m for a house there you will never see a return on it. This must be the only Estate in George where your house value will remain the same each year due to that noisy & dangerous location.

Quiet location on the outskirts of town. Feels like I’m back on a farm. Consists of Oudekloof, Boschkloof, Kloofsig and Diepkloof. Arguably the best value for money in George. I’m happy with my place in Diepkloof.
Flew in to George from Jhb to view some new developments. This Diepkloof Estate was on the list. Drove all the way to this Estate. We didn't even bother to enter this Estate for viewing. The road/neighborhood towards this Estate showed us enough to avoid this area at all cost. Not impressed and way overpriced for that dodgy area.
1 Star Location = 1 Star overpriced Estate. Not to mention the bad stories one hears about the horrible traffic congestion each day. Seems these developers smiled all the way to the bank with this Diepkloof Estate. What they don't tell the buyers is that they will be stuck there for the rest of their lives as they will never see the money they paid ever again. This is not an area where you want to spend far over 2 mil! Just around the corner there's a similar/slightly smaller Estate being build for 40% less!
