It is just the best, gated complex which anyone can enjoy has a pool for summer lots or privacy .

Quiet and private place where you feel safe. A closely park where children can play.

Came home friday 27 march 2026, to a massive hole dug near the expensive defective digital watermeters (They are being checked manually, but you should be able to access readings on an app) we were told were being installed. Open uncovered, pile or dirt in the middle of the front garden and on the pathway. Not once contacted about it. It was not even cordened off, we have a 4yo. There are other neighbours with young children as well, and various cats, and small creatures. We have talked about leaks in this area for years. We paid twice out of pocket to fix them. Even using a complex sanctioned plumber, but we're never reimbursed. Called to find out whats going on, was just told some of the stop valves are leaking it would be sorted monday.. Was not even informed if water would be off/on or if we should be using our plumbing system. It is now 6 days later. It's in even worse condition. Lokes to be some white piping. A little of the dirt thrown back into hole. Still a ditch, with dirt and rocks all over the pathway. Stopvalve cover also just laying next to the whole thing. There was meant to be paving redone in the whole complex. Of course ours wasn't redone.
