DO NOT MOVE HERE. 1- the admin is non-existent. 2- all foot traffic goes through entrance A, making your wait for an elevator doubled as only 1 in A-foyer works. (That’s off during loadshedding). 3- 421 flats worth of trash is put out next to entrance A when being collected, making it look and smell bad. 4- power seems to be an issue. Since moving here June 2025- we’ve had 7 power cuts. My current one has been over 28 hours. Whilst this isn’t directly Kengsington’s fault- it’s something you should prepare for. (Not load shedding). 5- whilst the WhatsApp group for tenants and etc can be helpful it really is just an echo chamber of Karens. 6- between admin and management company changes- Kengsington seems to be a chicken without a head. Accusations flying left and right about fraud- but no actual evidence or even investigation. Exteriors Windows were only washed after a year as a result. 7- most of the apartments are not looked after and old 8- the grounds have a pool? Tennis court and field- only the pool is worth it. No tennis net and the rest is barely clean or looked after DO NOT MOVE HERE🙏worst investment for rent or buy - only thing good is the view
