Complex is not really suited for kids or young people that entertains. Suited for older, mature people.

While the complex is well-maintained, major security issues exist. I've personally experienced laundry theft from the washing line, and several neighbours have reported similar incidents and car break-ins. Today, another neighbour's car was broken into, and the thieves even stole the complex security remote, highlighting the urgency of this matter. The Body Corp needs to address these security breaches immediately.
