Mountain View Villas

Everything else is good, except the issue of always cutting off water here and there, and you are now supposed to fetch water at the only tap at the complex.....

Well it's ok just not my scene cause it doesn't look as beautiful as it was and alot of differences is going on at these villas and I heard the price for an apartment is alot of money for a villa that's not so nice anymore but messed up because of there tenants

A small security complex close to the CBD. This is the perfect lock-up and go for young professionals or small families. Close to public transport and central for traveling, this unassuming complex is a great start for first-time home leavers. There are multiple shops within walking distance. Amenities are basic, but the complex is secure and well managed.

PEOPLE ARE STEALING CLOTHES IN THIS COMPLEX LATETLY. I HAD 2 HOODIES ON THE SAME LINE, THEY ARE STOLEN/GONE!... SOMEBODY CHOSE TO TAKE CLOTHES THAT BELONG TO THEM. I DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE DOING THIS EVIL. If you wish to stay here, better think about safety of your clothes hanged in the washing lines outside. I thank you!

Good place has security they do steal clothes but there is cameras very good and safe
