Tidy clean complex with very good security. This complex is suitable for middle class persons too as there are many smaller units.

Not visitors friendly. You will wait awhile in order to get through the main gate. Security guards inspect boots on some vehicles... very discriminating. From a residential perspective its probably convenient place to reside. Close to malls and shopping complex and the major routes i.e N1
