MyHome Apartments -108 on 11th Road

It's a nice place to be and there's rules to follow in order for the place to be peaceful. Just the closed parking are a shortage. They need to put shelters.

I lived in one of their more affordable housing at My Home 108 1th Road Kew. For Starters when I moved in no one told me that the walls were not brick walls. They were made up of some cupboard and you can literally hear everything that the person next to you does. Be it music, cooking, flushing and even ***ual intercourse, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING The building is poorly managed, tenants do as they please and when I complained about the general noise in the building, nothing was done. Cailin the building manager kept on delivering empty promises. The main office refused to kick out the noisy tenants because their rent is always paid up. Their utility bills go up every month and Lerato the lady who does the invoices for is incredibly rude. When they need to collect rent, they are the most efficient people ever! But when they need to address building complaints, noise, cleanliness and overall maintenance of the building you will not hear a single response. When there is no power there is no water in the units because the pumps don't work. I cancelled my lease early because I couldn't bear it anymore and they refused to give me my deposit back because my lease was cancelled early. DO NOT STAY THERE! THE RENT IS CHEAP BUT IS OVERALL A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY IN.

The place is clean, the problem is network and the caretaker who takes time to respond to tenants and only one washing machine in their laundromat and kids playing in the parking lot and scratching the cars
