Poor Customer Service & Unprofessional Conduct I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff today. There was an error where a heat pump payment belonging to another resident was incorrectly allocated to my account. When I was called about it, the staff member did not greet or introduce himself. His opening line was “awukhokhi amanzi WENA.” When I explained that I pay the total amount on my statement and was not responsible for the misallocation, I was told it was my fault for not checking every line item and that it was “not his problem.” I ended the call due to the rudeness. Moments later my power was cut off. When I called back, I spoke to the same person and addressed his behaviour earlier . He showed no remorse for how he spoke to me earlier. When I asked about the power, his response was “I’m not technical so angazi, log a complaint.” Customer service and basic respect are extremely important when dealing with residents. I strongly believe staff need proper training in how to handle queries and speak to people. This experience was uncalled for. As we speak I currently have no Power, pretty sure they will delay that being fixed too🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Friendly, approachable staff. The complex is clean and well-maintained. Just like any other place, there are rules in place; some may be a bit overrated, but in a nutshell, my stay in the complex is great, and I love it. No complaints. I may not know some of the staff names, but all of them are amazing, really, and shout out to Azola.

I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally you handle every issue whenever it’s needed. The bathtub is absolutely perfect, and it’s clear that you take pride in your work. Thank you for your dedication, efficiency, and excellent customer service. It doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s greatly appreciated!

I had a great experience with Nala Apartments. The office staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. They were always willing to answer my questions, communicate clearly, and assist promptly whenever I needed help. Their excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about residents and goes the extra mile to provide support. Keep up the outstanding work!
