Lovely quiet block on the border of Plumstead and Wynberg. Has a swimming pool and open parking bays. No security hut.

Quiet. I am informed that the complex management has issued a rule that children are a nuisance and noisy and are not permitted to play in the grounds outside the apartments. Where are they then supposed to play and socialise ? Does not seem that the needs and interests of children have been considered. Sadly.

Full camera system, with night time security guard. Safe and quiet place to stay within walking distance of shops and major transport routes
