Safe and quiet complex, would not mind finding an apartment there for my family

A lot of neat houses where people live. Securely gated to keep the occupants in and the undesirables out. Much like all other town house / body corporate developments.

The units are beautiful and in a good condition. Problem is the caretaker, he plays big shot with empty promises and he pretends to be the Landlords which is misleading. He is rude and never available for people to do viewing, I went their 4 times as he told me that they is units available for rental. I dont think the Landlords is aware and that his behavior will drag the name of the place down.

Lovely set-up, how units are spaced apart. I like the quietness, its not noisy, the scenery from our unit is fantastic. The 2 reasons it doesn't have at least 4 stars... Unfortunately there is no fibre even though complexes and homes nearby have it. There is an awful smell that comes and goes at various times of the day and sometimes it feels like you are sat right in the sewage.
