Apartment 501 is spacious and large, with all rooms and the living room offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean and mountains. You can even watch skydiving all day long. This is one of the best apartments in Sea Point; you can watch the sunset from the living room and enjoy the ocean view from your bed in the master bedroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a washer and dryer. My experience here was truly wonderful. The only downside was the occasional power outage.

Located on the beach, the view was amazing~ The interior of the room was also neat and nice~ It’s a great spot for watching the sunset! The sunset coming into the accommodation at dusk is so beautiful~ If I go back to Cape Town, this is a place I would want to stay again.

Great stay in the penthouse. Fantastic view and apartment comfortably finished with modern furniture.

405 New Cumberland. Absolutely horrific experience. Blocked drains, electricity problems. Such a beautiful place with terrible management. We had to find somewhere else to stay, and Llewellyn, who manages the place was just absolutely arrogant and not helpful at all. They have been aware of the problem for a while, but still did not inform us.... we had to find out ourselves, and move out again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
