Child friendly, with child locks/ restrictive to the pool area. Emergency lights activated during loadshedding in front of all apartments, walkways and stair cases. Operable lift for disabled and wheelchairs. Close enough to shopping centre if anything needed. Magnificent views.
Great Host, and amazing stay! The unit was clean, tasteful and quite central to everything we wanted to do in the area. Lol truly 10mins away from everything. Thanks Richard!!

Nivica lifestyle apartments is a state of the art ultra modern community, most units are lettes through short term stays such as a airbnb, booking.com, lekkerslap and plus permanent residents, This complex is well looked after and managed by a passionate body corporate. Everything is functional and located just at the right address, there is a nearby Laguna mall which has most of your necessities, walkable if no heavy shopping to be done. Visitors parking is sadly outside. All in all, this takes 10/10 in my opinion
