It's an old complex, but nice with spacious rooms. Love it

Quiet and safe place, just the gate is very small, one car can pass at the time.

Stayed at this complex for a year. Security is great. The complex is clean and well maintained. Designated parking spot. The place is calm and quiet. Demographic is more of middle towards old age. Noise levels are very much controlled. Peaceful and no break-ins during my time. Cons: Behind the complex is a river that flows there. Winters are cold!!! 1 designated parking spot per unit, if you have 2 cars, one has to have an uncovered parking. If you stay upstairs, pray that your downstairs neighbor doesn't smoke - it all channels up to you. You are limited to parties with your family, noise curfew is 10pm, after that you'll be warned and fined.

Noisy complex and needs a bit of maintenance. There are a lot of children in the complex so it is more suitable for families. The complex has a swimming pool
