Extremely quiet, very clean and orderly apartment building! Very well maintained and managed! House/conduct rules followed strictly! Ideal for small families, professionals, students and individuals looking for piece of mind! Currently very popular for new property buyers and rentals! Very sound financial profile! If you are not keen on following rules, kindly seek accommodation elsewhere!
