lovely place for old people

Lovely place with terrible management that’s poor in communication. It’s been 8 weeks since I put in a grievance and have not had a formal response.

Dreadful experience trying to view a property at North Atherstone. Arranged to view midweek and was promised by Dorca from Mafadi that at 10am on Saturday, I would be assisted and showed the property. Drove all the way from Pretoria, thinking I would be assisted. Phoned Dorca, only to be told I must ask Security to assist me. Security then spent 30 minutes trying to find a key. During this debacle I could not get hold of Mafadi nor Dorca. Security then told me they don’t have the correct key and I must rather come back in the week. It’s a beautiful property but poor management and communication has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am yet to receive an apology. Very poor service.
