This is an apartment building. I have been here 4 years. There is a secure wall and fence around the property. Access to each level is secured by a swipe tag. Two car gates open by remote and close automatically. The beautiful garden in the back is also secured by a strong lock. The place has 13 car garages, each can park 2 small cars. Inside the property but not under roof are 13 more parking areas. The electricity is prepaid for each unit and electricity is monitored and topped up with a small portable remote meter.
