The head of the body corporate, Ravia, abused her power as head of the body corporate in handing out fines of R500 to tenants who she does not like.

Quite a nice, clean, well maintained complex with decent security.

I lived here for a very long time , it’s a great complex , nice sized rooms and the garden units are great … the pool is nice … the guards are very friendly and follow the rules well. However, there are screaming children constantly , and some of the neighbours are inconsiderate and are not fined for violating other people’s spaces.
