Student accommodation - if your child must walk to get about then it isn't a good option - but close to the Art's faculty and safe in the day!

Third floor is really solid - good shared accommodation and house share option for students and young working professionals. Parking can be a little tight and getting out with a car is no different. Getting to central is quick with a car, relatively close by on foot. The most important part is the apartments themselves, so choose wisely and you could enjoy your stay.
