It's a good good complex, well maintained. Security guards are not too bad. It can get noisy sometimes (depending on your neighbours) but overall it's lovely.

Located towards the end of Malibongwe drive (you aren't stuck in the traffic) - this complex is exceptionally well managed - not a single break in since it has been built - 3 min drive to Northgate mall, 2 min drive to Bel Air mall (has a virgin active gym), fuel station down the road. Surrounded by other complexes. The units are very well built. Excellent value for money.

These guys have unscrupulous lawyers. Know your story when you going to stay there. First they tried to charge me half the bill for fixing a countertop (R8k), due to their negligence of not repairing it in time. I contested it and never payed. Secondly when I was leaving the complex they told me "Paint does not fall under wear and tear". I have to return the unit as I found it, that is I have to repaint the whole unit. I contested that, proved that it's under wear and tear. They moved the post, and said because I drilled four holes on the wall I have to repaint the entire unit to cover them up. That time I had bought paint anyway to make up for the drilled holes. And they insisted the whole unit must be repainted. That's a 2 bedroom apartment mind you. On the upside, the caretaker, security and maintenance guys are great people. Can't say the same for the Administration & lawyers.
