The security looks fair and well in order. The estate also looks clean and fairly well kept. It appears that children are safe to run around and play outside which is a good thing. When i was there the area seemed to be nice and calm and neighbourly.

Security is very tight in the complex, security guards very friendly but with no nonsense and business needs to be taken care of attitude. Very neat well maintained. Very family friendly, kids were running in the street and park, I didn't mind letting my kids play outside aswell during my visit.

A family friendly complex that offers an array of living in one place. It's well maintained and the roads are easily manageable.

A still developing estate, with good security and peaceful.
