Oakwood Estate, Vivier Gate

Nice housing complex. Well laid out. Lots of quiet corners. Seem a happy bunch of families living there.

Went to look at a house and the estate and gardens looked well manicured. Streets clean. Some cars were riding over the speed limit unfortunately.

It's a secured complex, big, with a lot of different blocks with apartments. Streets are clean, lawn is short, buildings are all nicely painted, hardly a piece of paper to be noticed laying about. Very nice, clean and descent people that I met there. Very very nice place.

Beautiful, secure estate. Pity that it's being slowly overrun by obnoxious checkers delivery bikes, so constant noise pollution close to the entrances.
