Very secure and exclusive block in trendy De Waterkant village. Perfect home base to explore Cape Town and is walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and Green Point Stadium.

I recently checked out the Old Cape Quarter in De Waterkant, and it’s fantastic! The mix of heritage and modern design really stands out. The beautiful wooden façade and greenery make it feel inviting and unique. It’s great to see a place that honors the area’s history while bringing in fresh energy. Overall, a must-visit spot in Cape Town!

If you love a mix of old style and modern architecture this is the place to stay and explore the surrounding areas. Secure parking, a warm welcome. Perfect aprtments with all the mod cons. Double glazing to block out the crazy City sounds if they become too much. Well done team.
