Olea View Apartments

Never live here or anywhere in the area. You barely have water, the water is out more than it on, I cannot stress this enough. The water situation here is horrendous!

Poor quality materials used in the kitchen drainage system. Water shortage without notice The geyser is so small that you only get 5 minutes to shower, on a good day. Imagine that during winter. Not going to renew my lease and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! P.s- I would rate it a 0 if I could.

Clean n decent place but the markings on the parking lot not visible enough. Security very tight.

At first it was not easy because of the water and electricity issue they use to have but it was fixed and the electricity issue is an area thing which was sorted. Its safe, there is ONLY a guard at night but the security and biometrics are really good. Its very modern as well and close to almost every you need. Its very comfortable to live in and they respond to issues/matters really quickly as well. They have really started to cater to residents. Its been great staying here

I absolutely regret choosing to live in this apartment complex. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare due to the following issues: Water and electricity outages in the area are a constant problem, making basic living incredibly difficult. Very Poor Infrastructure. Pipes burst regularly within the complex, causing severe water damage on infrastructure itself. Cracks are visible on the walls inside the apartment, due to the poor construction quality. My apartment was flooded on multiple occasions due to the poorly maintained infrastructure, resulting in extensive damage to my furniture. The geyser is not on solar power, and has never been since I moved in. It is now almost a year and nothing has been done to resolve the solar issue even though when I signed my lease I was told that the geyser would be on solar. There is no security presence during the day, the security only comes at night. Also random people walk through the gate when you tag in which is a huge risk however due to the lack of security nothing can be done about it. Other tenants frequently park in your designated spot, and management takes no action to resolve it. There are several units operating as AirBnB’s with rowdy guests. The overall management of the complex is severely lacking, with no accountability for these ongoing issues. I cannot recommend this complex to anyone! The living conditions are unacceptable, and management shows no interest in addressing these serious concerns.
