The stairs are always dirty

The place was great at first, we just have HOT water issues and its been 3 weeks now (August 2023).Management doesn't take your grievances seriously

Dont even think of renting this apartment rather rent a house close by..it has been a month complaining about hot water they don't take us serious the only thing they are good at is .....Reminding you about outstanding payments....imagine waking up this winter bath with cold water ... i had horrible experience i should have checked the reviews before i moved in

Weak security in a HIGH CRIME environment, cars are not safe, break-ins within the complex, environment isn't safe. Stretch your budget if possible - This place is a no go zone. Constant gun shots at night, hijackings, killings, strikes, alcoholism, drugs.

There’s always a problem with the geyser and they always take time to get it fixed. Every month we have to deal with cold water. Very expensive for the poor service and no communication from the agents. And I always have to ask for my water bill if I don’t ask for it they won’t send it and they have my email address for such, I don’t know if I am the only one dealing with such inconvenience monthly. Hope they can do better.
