Olive Gardens Residential Estate - Centurion.

Internally, neat and clean flats. However, neighbours in the complex are louds with non-stop music's. Municipal wastes uncollected almost every street turned to dumping sites. Water and power shedding is bad and unreliable.

Good place for bachelor's . But it's not good for family's and the place is not kid's friendly hence no play area. Kids are playing on people's cars 🚗 or are playing at the parking lot and the levies for the place are just crazy as if it's a fancy estate or town houses that are having securities & boom gate and place is not maintained according to the standard . Agency will promise you a R15k money back if you buy a house and thats a money that you won't even receive it , it's how they crook you anyway. So I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from Olive Gardens hence I regret my entire life why I bought from that place. I am having a lot of bad things to say just I can't write more. Hear from me if you don't come and experience the pain. I would actually give them 0 star 🌟 just isn't available for me to choose the option.
