Lovely Student accommodation, with secure parking. Units look super trendy.

Decent apartments, it is nice and close to campus, but there are lots of loud parties around the building.

Flats are relatively small for their price, but are well furnished with a modern design. Also in a good location.

Seem like very nice apartments. Very modern, clean and space is well utilised but it is still on the small side. Also a lack of a braai area for each flat is a bit of a waste.

Terrible management, does not inform the tenants of what is happening and chooses at will which problems to respond to. Once a response occurs there is no sense of urgency. Management does not come visit the building at all or care for their tenants.
