We stayed here for a quick night on our honeymoon, it was perfect. Hard to beat the value. It is close to the mall but you have to walk through a taxi rank to get there, so just don’t dress or act like a target ;)

I stayed there again, and there have been significant improvements ( the clubhouse, gym, and pool) The access road is a dead end, which greatly increases safety, so now you can walk around without any worries; I even used to walk back from Rosebank Mall around 10 or 11 p.m.

Thank you to excellent staff at One Rosebank for making our stay comfortable and a great experience. From the seamless checkin (friendly, experienced staff) to the brand new spotless apartment which was fully kitted out it was perfect for our short stay. The sheets and pillows super comfy, little extras like tea/coffee and soap in the bathroom were appreciated. We were so impressed we have booked again! Thankyou One Rosebank!!

535 at One Rosebank! I stayed in this studio apartment in Rosebank and had an genuinely great experience. The space is compact but perfectly arranged, with everything you need to feel at home from the moment you walk in. The little details make a difference , including everything to make a cappuccino, which became my morning ritual. And the Rosebank skyline. The bed is placed right by the window, so you fall asleep with the city lights in front of you. It feels almost cinematic, especially at night. The location is another major plus: you can walk to restaurants, cafés, and the Rosebank Mall in just 2 minutes walk. It’s a lively but safe area, ideal for both work trips and relaxed city exploring.

Lovely accommodation, but unfortunately the noise levels were an issue. There were intoxicated guests singing and being loud in the corridors at around 1am, and the noise continued throughout the night. It would be great if there were stricter noise control measures in place, as it made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
