Onserus. 13 Keurboom crescent

Seems to be a very neat and tidy albeit Upmarket townhouse complex Kudos to you

This complex is situated in a part of Plattekloof on the bend of a fairly busy road. It is a well-maintained complex, where owners each have their own unit. The unit itself is well appointed, neat and tidy - it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen / dining area flowing open-plan into a fair-sized lounge. Outside the lounge is a fully enclosed braai/sunroom with closeable doors and in the yard is a lovely sparkling pool. The ideal getaway for those seeking a lock-up-and-go-self-catering option. The unit is services before and after rental with the option to pay a daily service fee to a cleaner who can be ordered when booking the unit. The owners are very accommodating.
