Beautiful apartment complex with ample parking in the heart of Marboro. Situated on 2 Jumna crescent near mosque.

Worst Management ever. Make sure to take pictures of everything when you move in. Flat was dirty with dead flies all over floors when I moved in. My family had to clean house after travelling for 5 hours. They knew the date of moving in advance, yet they did not clean the flat. Access tag of main gate was given after almost a month of my moving in. Had to go through a lot of troubles after moving out from there to get the deposit back. It took 2 months and multiple emails to sort out on deposit amount. Rental is way too high. Overpriced and service/support is not worth the rental amount. Cheaper and better options are available in the area.
