Orlando Towers Estate

The place is as is on the pictures, host is a very wonderful person.

Great place.. security tight like sun city prison

Residential area which is not construction completed and still alot of hiccups to be fixed by the developers

Nicely built and a good standard.

So far I'm impressed with the estate including the agents that handle the purchases & rentals. However, the developers have overlooked certain things that could possibly make more revenue for them. It's a lifestyle estate & majority of the residents would prefer internal amenities than external ones. For example, there are people that work early in the morning & knock off late, but would still prefer working out. Maybe in the morning before going to work, but the gyms nearby would still be closed by that time & are clearly low rated by users on Google. So providing a small gym for the residents with affordable memberships will encourage a healthy lifestyle in a newly built estate, attract new buyers, bring more revenue for the developers & somewhat unite the residents. We know that working out is emotionally, physically & psychologically beneficial, so offering a gym will make the estate a harmonious & outstanding place. It's a lifestyle estate, so it should be uniquely stylish & lively.
