We really wanted to buy a house at this estate and found a lovely unit. We have 2 cats that needed pre-approval. First this was granted and then taken away. Their constitution allows for: one dog and one cat BUT not two sterilised cats. So the barking of a dog and the annoyance of a dog is allowed, but two cats that mind their own business is not allowed. Bottom line DO NOT INVEST in Oude Chardonnay. The trustees are unreasaonble and the rules seems to chop and change

Yes,go there quite often,very nice place well structured lovely houses,security so helpful and friendly thay are doing such a graet job in making sure the resident you visit are safe.So thay do a proper screening with the question before entering.Well done
