Our investment has trippled in this time, we live amongst lovely neighbours on our small 400 sqm erf and we have plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails to choose from. Very well managed estate. Once you enter through the gates the peaceful tranquility hits you. It feels as if you are living in the bush, but with the beach just minutes away. The best of both worlds. The wildlife is plentiful and roams freely between the houses. Just love everything about it.
