Lovely housing complex! Fully gated with security entrance gate, cameras surrounding complex and 24/7 friendly security on patrol around complex completing checks! Allocated parking for the apartments, and visitor parking section! The complex building structure is well built and stays cool in the hot weather! Nice communal park with x2 swings, a slide and monkey bars. With a fair sized green, which includes braai areas! Great location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains ⛰️, and easy to access short distance from main road! Only criticism and has been same with many other people spoke to is the internal units (cabinets and fittings) are poorly fitted, with kitchen cupboard doors falling off, sink units collapsing, and toilet coming loose of the wall.
