Been living here since 2024. Came with some challenges which the management team looked into and keeps issues that arise to a minimum. The security team is good, however the process is flawed. The complex cleaning and maintenance team are a big plus. For a sense of security and amenities-a gym, kids play area, creche, laundromat, club house facility and pool this would be a good option. Please note all big living complexes come with challenges and neighbours that have their own big personalities. And for all aspects included, I would recommend to those looking for everything available in one living complex

Well maintained, beautiful pool and very nice gym facilities. The visitor process is a little tedious but rather than safe than sorry I guess. Wouldn't recommend for people who need absolute peace and quiet as it can become raucous especially during festive season

Security will scrutinize you, look at all the low to high reviews and then make your judgment BEFORE PURCHASING. The aftersales experience will be a terrible experience as for what I encountered, don't get fooled by the buildings charm and amenities. Management will always be on the side of the complex as if they standing in for themselves than rather find understanding and common ground.

Recently moved to Palm Springs and am very happy! The security guards are very polite and strict with access control. Only allowed entrance with valid ID and license disc is scanned. Great views of table mountain and lions head! Well kept gardens. Bore hole in operation. Great swimming pool, day creche and gym. Excellent value for money. The manager and body corporate are doing a fantastic job.
