Can't wait to move, definitely not kid friendly although there's a play park for kids but yet they can't make noise and that's killing the fun of playing. Kids can't ride bicycle in the complex. Basically they must sit inside your house and die from boredom. Way over this complex and the so called security

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my decision to move into this complex. The leasing agent has shown a complete lack of concern for my well-being as a tenant. Since moving in, I've experienced numerous issues, and the latest incident was the geyser leak. Despite sending a detailed email with video evidence to both the owner and leasing agent, I've been ignored. The overall condition and management of this complex are subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I'm taking my complaints to the Rental Housing Tribunal, as I've had enough of the neglect and poor seevice. Beware of this complex and its management. ZERO STARS!
