Multi-cultural complex with mostly young people and families with small children. Very quiet and neat. Minimal occurrences of disorder by residents as well as theft.

What an amazing experience with Upekkha! From start to finish, the team did a brilliant job with my order The item arrived even quicker than I expected, and the delivery was seamless.

I am renting a property here, The estate agent advised its a quiet complex, didnt say there is no play area and no pool. The complex is very noisy, kids screaming. riding bikes, skate boards there is no control at all everyday till late in the evening. The security does nothing to reprimand them to the body corporate or care taker. DO NOT BUY HERE OR RENT.
