Have been living here for almost 5 years and i have no complaints whatsoever. Very safe and well secured with a calm environment. Affordable large flats with friendly neighbours.

Poorly managed complex with double standards and a total disregard for the STSM Act. Selling remotes to residents and then cancelling the access codes because too many have access. The law strictly prohibits this conduct as they are infringing on the right to your own property. Loud music is not allowed but loud televisions plays with open doors. Special levies are charged on a fixed rate and not according to PQ's as the act requires. The Conduct Rules are one set while the trustees have their own "house rules" to convince residents they are in the wrong. Garage doors are not allowed to be open on Sundays is one "house rule" enforced by one of the trustees. Privacy is problematic as some windows come fitted with a outdated peeping tom.
